Sebastian King

Sebastian is the founder of King and Co. Sebastian is a seasoned lobbyist with over a decade of experience in state government. He is a graduate of Texas A&M and has worked for the Majority Whip of the North Carolina House, where he gained valuable experience in the legislative process.

Throughout his career, Sebastian has demonstrated a talent for developing and implementing successful lobbying strategies for his clients. He has passed several bills into law and has a track record of securing funding for clients.

Sebastian has a deep understanding of the political landscape and a talent for building relationships with key decision-makers. Clients have put their trust in him to navigate the complexities of government and to represent their interests with integrity and professionalism.

Sebastian is not only a talented lobbyist but also a skilled political strategist. He has extensive experience in managing PAC campaigns, having successfully managed a 6 figure strategy for Prosperity High Point and the Police Benevolent Association in electing candidates that align with the legislative goals of his clients.

Sebastian has a proven track record of success in helping organizations achieve their political objectives through PAC strategies. He is an expert in identifying key races and candidates, developing targeted messaging, and mobilizing grassroots support. His strategies have been instrumental in securing victories for his clients and advancing their legislative agenda.

Jon Hardister

Jon was born and raised in Greensboro, NC as the only child of Wayne and Carolyn Hardister. He is a graduate of Grimsley High School and Greensboro College, where he obtained a B.A. in Political Science. 

After college Jon went to work as the Vice President for Marketing at First Carolina Mortgage, a small business that is owned and operated by his family. His family's business, just like many others, was severely impacted by the Great Recession. This experience, along with his concern for our State's future, is primarily what inspired Jon to run for office. 

In 2012 Jon was elected to serve in the NC House and served six terms, totaling 11 years of service in the legislature. 

Since taking office Jon has proven to be one of the most effective leaders in the General Assembly. He has passed numerous bills, chaired committees and received several awards for his work. His colleagues elected him to serve as the NC House Majority Whip, one of the top leadership positions in the General Assembly.

In his spare time, Jon enjoys spending time with his family, working out, reading, and playing guitar.

Jay Allred

Jay Allred was raised in Burlington, North Carolina and graduated from Elon University on a Presidential Scholarship. Jay moved to Winston-Salem to work for Piedmont Airlines in 1987 until 1999 when it was USAir. In 1994 Jay began publishing Triad Golf Today and Triangle Golf Today where he recently sold the company. Outside of the business world Jay has coached golf at Reagan High School for 17 years and was named N.C Golf Coach of the Year twice. His teams have won three state titles and have set seven state records. In 2020-21 the Reagan Girls Team was ranked #1 in the country. Jay has been married to his wife Susan Allred for 32 years and they have two adult children.

Jay has had extensive service to his community serving on numerous boards, including Walter H. Lemmon Alumni Association, Elon University Executive Alumni Board, Carolinas Golf Reporters Association, Triad Publishers Association, Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour and the Lochurst Homeowners Association.

Jay has also been active in the legislative process in Raleigh building a coalition for a College Athlete Bill of Rights and Protections.
